Bought a TomTom GO500 a year ago and along with almost everything else electrical in the house, it ‘died’ a few weeks ago. As it’s still under warranty we took it back to be fixed.
Got a call yesterday to say it was ready but when we went to get it they’d actually replaced it with a better model – the GO710 – so we were well pleased!!
Not sure if the plaudits should be directed at the store (Harvey Norman) or the manufacturer… but I suspect the latter! Either way well done for some decent customer service! 🙂
