I was never over-enamoured with the previous theme… over the weeks I’ve tried a few otehrs… including the Anaconda theme… but this current one which is a ‘3ColumnK2‘ implementation… is far more functional than either the previous one or the Anaconda.
Ok I’ll accept that The colour scheme of the original was better suited to Australia… but this one *does* more. I’ll fiddle with the header over the next few days to make it more identifiable ‘Australian’ in look… but for now… I like this new theme – hope you do too! 😀

Yes, there can’t possibly be that much water, or green stuff, in Australia…
I’m using anaconda, and I just posted a request for my readers to make suggestions for my next upgrade/change in design.
I’ve looked at the K2 family, including the one you are using. Interesting that you went to two columns on the right side.
But I think I want fluid. Don’t you really want fluid width too?

Actually this *is* Australia. I took the original on the east coast near a town called Coff’s Harbour. Most of this side of Australia is very green… even more so as you move north! 😀
As for the design… I actually like the K2 and the three column design with two on the right. I thought it gave is some ‘style’. Not sure about ‘fluid’ templates. I find they are prone to cause ‘issues’ when you add photos and the like… unless you have found one that scales the jpeg’s as well?
If you’ve found one that’s truly scalable… let me know ok? 😀
