Just got back from taking the kids to school… eventually… and as I got out of the car… I smelled smoke. Then I looked off to the west at the haze of pollution hanging in the air.
It’s surprising how the smoke is beginning to dominate life out here already. If the wind *does* pick up and the fire spreads the pollution will soon be causing breathing problems for people even down here in the Sydney basin. For the people living near the Grosse Valley it must be a nightmare.
No idea when… if… rain is expected but I hope it’s soon.
In the meantime… I think I might do some weeding after all… it’s only 8:30 so it’s not too hot yet 😀
