I love Yorkshire puddings… not had one for years… as previously… nobody but me likes them much… and really that ‘stick to your ribs’ food isn’t suited to the weather in Australia… but even so… the sight of that puffed up crunchy crispy batter making its way from dish to plate always made my mouth water.
Took me *tears* to realise why mine often went flat… I was forgetting (repeadedly) to warm heat the dish and fat to smoke point before adding the batter and throwing back into the hot oven. Once *that* had been sorted… mmmm…
… boody diet… all I can think of is food 🙂
