Wife has a new job on the cards as ‘Remuneration and Benefits Manager’ for a large property management company – congratulations wife 🙂 She’ll be moving jobs once her notice has been served so will probably change in late December unless she is allowed to finish prior.
She’s not told her present company yet so I’ll not name names. However, I will say it has been interesting watching them pass her over for promotions that should be hers and seeing males of less ability move ahead. The glass ceiling holds many competant women back.
Still… let’s see what the next step brings… apart from a bucket load of extra money that is 😀
