A local authority in the UK town of Swansea, South Wales has fined a man a total of $350 because he ‘contaminated’ his recycling container. Apparantly he was accused (and found guilty) of placing a letter in a bag intended for bottles and cans.
Another hate crime of this debauched reprobate was to deliberately put his bins out a day early because he was going on holiday. For this he received a warning! How disgusting… surely he should have received a severe flogging at the least??
He said since he had received a summons for mixing his recyclinghe’s not recycled at all… and who is going to do any recycling if it will cost them $350 for being responsible.
This is bureaucracy gone totally, totally mad.
