There are a total of twelve Australians in prison in Indonesia who will be eligible to serve out their sentences here in Oz. There are also fifty-seven Indonesians here in Australia who might be able to go home.
One of the Australians is convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby, however… she at least is currently insisting she will serve out her time over there. She is still protesting her innocence and feels she would be better able to mount a defence from within Indonesia that home in Oz.
