Dixie Chicks went down well in their Brisbane concert last night when they dedicated their song Lullabye to Bindi and Bob, the children of the late Steve Irwin, a.k.a. the Crocodile Hunter.
They already built up good credits by criticising George Bush’s drive to war which can’t be bad even though this ended up with them getting a lot of flak from Bush supporters and a deal of aggro in the media.
Leaving that to one side for a while… while they’ve been here they’ve revisited Australia Zoo remembering on stage the last visit they made on their last tour when Steve was there.
