A pharmaceutical company in Norway has warned ‘members of the modelling industry’ *not* to use one of its products. The story runs that ‘models’ have been reducing the look of puffy eyes by applying haemorrhoid cream.
My take on this is that by issuing the warning… along with the reason… the manufactureres are making sure the news that it works is getting the widest possible coverage, thereby increasing sales… whilst at the same time absolving themselves of any responsibility for misuse of the product.
Quite a clever marketing ploy really!! ![]()
