I’ve managed so far today to live without much to eat. I’ve had two carrots, some custard and a glass or two of water. I also managed to stagger up to the shops in 30 degree heat in order to buy tonights dinner.
Of course this has left me *very* hungry so I’m considering making a salad soon for dinnner to go with the steak I bought.
If I manage to last out the night I know tomorrow will be easier… always is as time goes on… but I *have* worked out a strategy of some kind. I’ve decided to try not eating bread or wheat products again. I’ll have oats so I can make porridge and see how that affects me… else I’ll just eay what I have been but in smaller quantities.
