As reported we took the kids off to skating last week so of course I thought I ought to shower and tidy up a bit… as you do you now and then… not me… just you. Anyway… I shower, shave, clean the teeth etc and think that bearing in mind the state I’m in physically this is about as good as it gets.
Then I see my sideburns need trimming so get out the little ‘shears’ things we bought. So I run them down the side of the head… no problems so far. Then I think… “Oooh… the eyebrows need trimming too”… well I do cut them a bit shorter now and then as they tend to fog my glasses if I leave them as nature intended.
I look at the trimmer, see the shield thing and forget what it was there for and take it off. Then I run the thing over one eyebrow… and cut it back to the bone… agghh… sad to say it meant I had to do the other eye as well resulting in me looking a bit… errr… different.
In time of course they’ll grow back… but I’m wondering how many of these old timers events I’ll be having in the near future. It’s a worry!! 😀
