I spent a large part of today sitting out in the garden with the laptop, under the shade of an umbrella. The kids were in the pool shrieking and laughing, the dog was in there as well with them…. yucky but it kept him cool. I sat there as the birds twittered and sang around me.
I slowly sipped at a glass of Chardonnay (Yarra Ridge 2005) which was keeping me company… tho sadly it’s leaving slowly 
.
The radio played Handel’s Water Music and I whistled along happy as Larry… no idea who Larry was but now… we’re partners in pleasure.
It’s been a lovely spring day here in Sydney… no flies yet… not too hot… not too windy.
