Grrr…. just had a call from the solicitor who says all that will happen tomorrow is that we go to court, the magistrate will ask if we’ve reached a settlement, we’ll say no, and *then* they’ll set a date for a proper hearing.
Gawd… I know we wanted to drag this out to get some sense of ‘getting our own back’ after his behaviour, but this is getting silly. It’s been years!!
Of course, had he done the job properly in the first place none of this would be necessary… but there ya go.
