Getting back on track slowly.

Taking far longer than I thought to get my self back to work. We’ve had a lot going on including the ongoing saga of the landscaper… and we’ve had three kids to stay… and now it’s slightky eased 🙂

The house is still a mess, made worse by the kids who seemed hell bent on trashing the place – well they did until the youngest pulled a tv over on his foot and broke a bone… agghhh…!! I’ve made a start but it’s hard.

The depression has returned fuelled by my shifting off the diet. In fact I’ve even put 10 kiols back on. Hard to admit but there ya go.

I think the worst thing was the flu I’ve had. For almost two months I’ve been suffering ‘pre-flu’, the flu itself and then a recuperation which has seen cold like symptoms returning several times. I’m getting better but of course my health is still not 100%. At the lest I need to get back to the diet. Not sure how I’m going to *do* that… ell basically I don’t know.

Mayeb a good nights sleep would help??
